Falmouth Congregational is a place of warmth and welcome. A place to meet neighbor and draw closer to God.
Come join us!
Our youngest Christians start service with the congregation, and then head to Children’s Church after a Children’s Moment and prayer with Pastor Amelia.
At Children’s Church they make meaning and have fun through play and activities centered around Bible stories. From mapping Jesus’ family tree (lots of surprising characters!) to performing songs in the congregation, our church children are integral and celebrated members of our community of faith.
This Fall (2019) we are learning about Parables, and how they can teach us to see the world (and ourselves) differently. We are making tool boxes full of the tools we need to be our best selves in the world, as well as helping our wider community by collecting food for the food pantry. We are also excited about dressing up for Halloween, making bread for a Communion Sunday, and generally having lots of fun!
Come check out our newly re-decorated Nursery off of Beinema Hall, available for those under 4 years old and their grownups. During service we have a CPR/ First Aid Certified and background checked Nursery Care provider available. Remember to sign your child in and leave your cell phone on vibrate during service. Looking for the nursery? Ask the Greeter at the Front Door (or any friendly face) and they will show you the way!
Coming to church with a little? Check out our Cozy Corner, a a spot with books, stuffies, and a take home blanket knitted by our Prayer Shawl team. Grownups can see and hear the worship service, and little ones can enjoy rocking on the rocking chair and reading/chewing the board books!
